What is your Shipping Method? TOP
Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Tracking is provided on all orders.
We
strongly recommend that you do not request gifts to be shipped to
hospitals or medical facilities. Delivery delays and additional
shipping charges could become necessary if the gift recipient has
already been discharged.
How much is shipping? TOP
We ship USPS priority mail which is a flat shipping rate of $4.95 per order for standard domestic shipping. Express shipping is a fee of $20 and International orders have a flat fee of $11 or International Express is a flat fee of $35.
Wholesale orders will be charged a flat shipping rate of $10.00.
What are the International Shipping rates? TOP
International orders can select either USPS Global Priority Mail (ships
within 5-8 business days) for a flat rate shipping fee of $11.00; or
you can select USPS Global Express Shipping for a flat rate shipping
fee of $35.00.
How long does it take to process my order? TOP
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Our name
bracelets are custom and made to order. These can take 5-7 days.
During Holidays shipping times may be a bit longer but should arrive in a timely manner.
What are my Payment Options? TOP
We accept safe and secure payments through the following credit cards:
Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, & Discover and eCheck. We also accept
payment through PayPal. PayPal is fast, easy, secure, global and free.

What is your Return Policy? TOP
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not 100%
satisfied with your bracelet you can return it for a full refund less
shipping and handling.
Items must be returned in their original
and unused condition for refund or exchange within 30 days of the
shipment date. Items must be in original packaging with all accessories
and tags intact. Returns that do not meet this criteria will be sent
back to the customer and no refund will be issued. Shipping charges and
gift wrap charges are non-refundable unless an item was damaged during
shipping.
What are my options for Gift Giving? TOP
Each order comes complete with our Belle Pearl signature packaging as well as complimentary gift card which may be included with your order free of charge.
We
specialize in gift giving and never include any pricing information
with orders. If you need a copy of an invoice one can be provided upon
request.
